What if speaking features are not working?

Check microphone permissions, make sure the app is up to date, and restart the app.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the in-app feedback feature or otherwise reach us by email at the address below.

Subscriptions and Billing

Saymo Plus subscriptions are managed through the store where you subscribed.

  • To restore a previous purchase, use the Restore Purchases option inside the app.
  • If Plus does not unlock after subscribing, first try Restore Purchases. If that does not fix it, contact support by email.
  • To cancel a subscription, manage it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google Play under their own billing policies.
